  • Who benefits from these services?
    At Coord On Call, we understand that wedding planning can be a daunting task, especially if you're either lacking support or getting overwhelmed by too many opinions from well-meaning family and friends. We act as a neutral third party, providing the guidance and assistance you need to navigate through the complexities of planning your big day. Whether you need help organizing details, managing vendors, or simply getting a clear direction amid all the advice, we're here to ensure you remain excited and stress-free. Let us help you turn the chaos into a memorable and joyful celebration.
  • What is the video call no show policy?
    We understand things happen and strive to be flexible for our clients. If you can not make a call, please reach out as soon as you're able and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule! To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all our clients, we have implemented a video call no-show policy. We require at least 4 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a video call. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, or if there is a no-show (i.e., canceling the call in less than 4 hours or not appearing for the scheduled call), that session will be forfeited.
  • Do you offer in person coordination?
    I no longer offer full service coordination, but I do take day of clients from time to time in Charleston, SC.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Video Calls We understand that plans can change. Our policy for video calls is straightforward: video calls are non-refundable. However, if you book a package that includes multiple calls and do not utilize all of them, we will issue a refund for any unused calls at the standard, non-discounted rate. Texting Packages One month texting packages are non-refundable. If you booked an unlimited texting package and used it for less than a month, we will refund you the balance minus the one-month fee. If you have used the package for over a month, this is also non-refundable. We strive to provide exceptional service and stand by the terms to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our clients.
  • What kinds of questions can you answer over text?
    We can answer all kinds of questions, give our opinions, offer insight. Obviously texting is a quick medium, so we can probably answer most questions. However, comprehensive planning activities such as timeline creation, room layouts, rehearsal planning or vendor agreement reviews would need to be done over a video call. Learn more here
  • What can we accomplish on a video call?
    We can go over nearly anything related to your wedding. Including helping you compare venues to find the perfect location, review vendor agreements to make sure you understand what you're signing up for, and answer any questions you have throughout the planning process. We can also help you organize a complete planning process plan, create a detailed day-of timeline, and develop a rehearsal plan to ensure everyone knows their role. Additionally, we love to help you refine your ideas, providing expert advice to bring your vision to life.   • What is the texting response time?
    We strive to respond as quickly as possible, the goal is within 4 hours. We understand how important timely communication is when planning a wedding. Please note that circumstances such as holidays, after-hours inquiries, weather events, power outages, etc may result in slight delays. Should we be closed for any reason, such as a vacation or major holidays, all texting clients will be notified two weeks in advance to ensure you're aware of our availability and can plan accordingly.
