One thing I want to note, out of an abundance of transparency, especially in an industry that is known for being confusing or hiding details. I will assure you I will do everything I can to answer your questions over text, but if you have a particularly complicated situation or need some sort of artifact that would come out of a conversation (a timeline, a comprehensive plan, etc) we may ask you to schedule a video call at the published rate. Most questions are quick and easy and we want to assist quickly as often as possible, so this is not typical, but I do want to be transparent that it may be necessary.
