We provide two options for video calls: 25 minutes or 50 minutes. During these calls, we can discuss a range of topics, with some examples listed below!

Create a day of timeline
Photos when? When do I need to start getting ready? When should the photographer arrive? These are all the questions and more we can answer during your call to make sure your day goes as seamlessly as possible. You'll come away from the call with a totally custom day of timeline!
Prep for Vendor appointments
Not sure what questions to ask your photographer, or what you'll need to be ready for at your cake tasting? In a video call with a coordinator we can make sure you're feeling totally ready to meet with all of your vendors!
Plan your ceremony/rehearsal
Not quite sure how to organize everyone at your ceremony? What order should people walk in? We can help you get a plan together that you're excited about!
